Any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Music Manchester.
Acceptance
By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon Music Manchester until accepted by Music Manchester. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Music Manchester will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by reply email or by shipping the ordered items to you.
Pricing

MRP is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. We may commonly sell products at prices lower than MRP and, for any given product, no sales may have occurred at MRP.

Values associated with items labelled “free with purchase” are based upon MRP.
Limited Quantities
Some products, including those identified as Hot Buys, Closeouts, Limited Quantity items, Factory B-Stocks and Free Gifts may be limited to stock on hand and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Shipping Charges—Taxes and Title
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
All items purchased from Music Manchester are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall give or be deemed to grant, whether directly or by implication, you any right, title or interest in or to the ownership or use of the Trade Marks and Intellectual property. Purchases of products on this site does not transfer any of the intellectual property related to the products, their design or concepts to you.
If any website links are provided to external websites, Music Manchester is not responsible for the actions or consequences of the links provided. Music Manchester shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from its failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is the result of circumstances outside its control including but not limited to the outbreak of war, any governmental act, act of war, explosion, accident, civil commotion, riot, industrial dispute, strike, lockout, stoppages or restraint of labour from whatever cause, whether partial or general, weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanic Music Manchester breakdown, obstruction of any public or private road or highway or outbreak of any communicable disease or any other force majeure, fire, flood or any other act of God.
Music Manchester may at any time make changes or modify the website, its contents, the policies and terms and conditions including the privacy policy, shipping policy, return policy without any prior notice and it may do so with no prior permissions from users of the site or service.

Shipping of products will be done by the method indicated in the order. If for any reason Music Manchester decides to send the product using an alternate method, other than the one indicated in the order, you will not need to pay any additional charges for this.
The product colour and actual size may vary from the visual representation on the website. If for any reason you do not wish to use the product you may return it back to Music Manchester in its original packaging and condition without opening the packaging or without any use or wear and tear to the address given on the invoice. This must be received by Music Manchester within 14 days from the time it is received by you and the notification of such issues must be made within 3 Days to Music Manchester.
Once you place an order with Music Manchester, you cannot cancel this order once it is processed. You will need to return the product to Music Manchester once you received it. Returns must comply with the return conditions as given in this agreement.
Music Manchester has the right to assign or transfer all or part of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior notification.
This Agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of India- and the Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of (Office Location, Registration Address).
In the event of any disputes, differences or controversies between the Parties hereto, out of or in connection with the provisions of this Agreement, or any action taken hereunder, the Parties hereto shall thoroughly explore all possibilities for an amicable settlement. In case an amicable settlement cannot be reached, such disputes, differences or controversies shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any amendment or re-enactment thereof. The proceedings of such arbitration shall be conducted in English language and the venue of such arbitration shall be (Office Location, Registration Address). The award of such arbitration shall be final and binding upon the Parties hereto.
All notices, demands or other communications required or permitted to be given or made under or in connection with this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given or made (i) if delivered by hand or (ii) sent by pre-paid registered post addressed to Music Manchester.
Important Information for COD orders:
Please note that , for any COD orders, customer need to pay 100 INR ( we'll send barcode ) for order confirmation .
100 INR will be deducted from your total COD amount.
Also, note that COD amount 100 INR is non-refundable, if customer do not accept order or if order is returned to the seller due to customer's reason ( example: not available at delivery location, delivery address is closed)
100 INR token amount can be refund only, if the order is returned due to courier company's fault.
